Systems thinking, one‑to‑one
We teach the practice of systems thinking and how to learn and apply it and also how to build a life long career as a systems thinking practitioner — the skill of seeing more than just a map, the art of seeing how things connect. Trust The Practice. Trust The People. If you love to learn and solve complex wicked problems, this may be the strongest field for you!
In plain words
One-to-one mentorship in systems thinking — so you solve real problems instead of their symptoms.
Anyone curious enough to learn. No degree, no background, no jargon required.
A way of seeing you can't unlearn — and a body of work you own.
Free, today. Or one hour with a mentor for $42.
Why now
We can't control systems. But we can dance with them. Learn to see and move with the method. Learn the trade.
Climate. Loneliness. Inequality. Burnout. None of them yield to a smarter part.
Building got cheap. Judgment didn't. Knowing where to push is the edge that's left.
Let the machine do the analysis. Seeing the whole — and choosing — is the human part.
Why we're called this
Most education sells you a destination: a grade, a certificate, a promise. We offer something steadier — a practice.
Commit to the practice — show up, learn a little, apply it every day.
You don't have to trust the outcome, or trust yourself on the days you doubt.
You can trust the practice itself.
Show up, apply, reflect, repeat. The growth compounds.
The inversion
Learning isn't a ladder you climb before you're allowed to build. It's a loop you live inside: apply, synthesize, understand, apply again — sharper. So we put the real work first and let understanding bloom through it.
Hand-ups, not handouts. We teach the kind of capability that makes you need us less.
The core
Davara.DEV + Intuition.Systems + MotusMoves.US
Three pieces, one practice. A mind to think with. A ledger to prove it. A stage to move on.
An emergent intelligence built on Donella Meadows' work. She maps the loops with you, names the leverage, and argues back. Not an answer machine — a second mind. Free to use.
A protocol that makes trust real: verifiable, portable, yours. What you publish and who you mentor become attested claims in a graph no platform can take from you.
Live now. Make your move, gather your team, and build momentum around open-source projects. Where the practice stops being private.
The praxis
Learning systems thinking was never the hard part. Proving it was. That's the gap we teach you to close.
Trust stops being a feeling and becomes something that accumulates. You publish, you mentor, you ship — it's witnessed, attested, and it compounds. Acta non verba.
Your core body of work: every map, every project, every person you taught — gathered in one place you own. What you show instead of a diploma.
We teach you to name your niche, price your work, and put it in front of the people who need it. Paid in $USD, by card, or in $TRUST.
The foundation
Every career runs on trust. Until now it lived where you couldn't carry it — a manager's memory, a platform's database, a résumé someone has to take your word for. Intuition.Systems changes where trust lives.
A feeling, a reference, a line on a page. Real — but locked inside whoever happened to witness it. Leave the company and it stays behind.
A claim, signed by a person: this happened, and I saw it. Not a like and not a review — a statement someone puts their name to, in public.
The stake behind the signature. Backing a claim costs something, so agreeing carries weight. Conviction with skin in it.
How it compounds
The practice starts.
One real question, worked.
People stake $TRUST on it.
The graph becomes the credential.
Each rung is heavier than the last — not because you worked harder, but because more of the graph is standing behind you.
The structure
Nobody hands out a career in systems thinking. You assemble one — out of work you did, in the open, that people vouched for. Four foundations. They're the same four whether you're nineteen or fifty-two.
Study the method and use it somewhere it can be seen. A loop map of the place you already work beats a certificate nobody reads. This part is free, today.
One real question, worked properly: what the system is, what the structure does, where the leverage sits, what happened when you pushed. Publishing is the practice — not the reward for it.
The people who read it, used it, or were taught by you sign that it's real — and stake $TRUST behind the signature. Their reputation rides along with yours, so it means something.
Attested work is portable. It follows you between jobs, platforms and countries, because you hold it. Ten pieces is a body of work. A body of work is a career.
The work itself
Draw what's actually happening — the stocks, the loops, the delays nobody named. Most teams have never seen their own system on one page.
Everyone is already pushing something. The work is finding whether they're pushing the right thing — and in the right direction.
Follow one real system over time and write down what you found, including the parts that surprised you. Honest research is rare, and it travels.
The fastest proof that you understand a method is making someone else able to use it without you standing there.
Set the rules, the feedback and the incentives before a thing is built — instead of patching it after it starts misbehaving.
Get the people who each see one part of the system into one room, and hold the conversation steady long enough for the whole to show up.
The systems that need this work — care, housing, climate, schools, small teams quietly failing for structural reasons — are not short of good intentions. They're short of people who can see the structure. That is the entire opening, and it is wide open.
The core model
Four words, in that order, and the order is the whole point. It's the spine of everything we teach here — and it's the spine of MotusMoves.US, the platform this practice lives on.
The words you would repeat out loud.
THE PARADIGM · MEADOWS #2The way of seeing those words install.
THE GOAL · MEADOWS #3The structure that makes it repeatable.
THE STRUCTURE · MEADOWS #10The act — made where people can see it.
THE DEED · ACTA NON VERBA…and the move renews the mantra. Four turns, one loop — that is why a mindset lives.
Read it as a descent. A mantra is a paradigm small enough to carry in your mouth. A mindset is what that paradigm becomes once it decides what you're aiming at. A model is the structure that lets somebody else run it without you standing there. And a MOVE is the moment it touches the world — the only step that leaves a mark. Most people collect the first three and never take the fourth. The loop only closes when you move.
The stage
Open-source, build-in-public, MIT-licensed. Four turns, one flywheel — it's the bottom dock of the app and the engine of everything on it.
Claim your builder profile: a name, a mantra, your work. A public home at /mover/you with live view and click counts — and, if you want it, a portable identity you always own.
Broadcast your one current move — a step, a wicked problem, a call for help. Posting is rare and deliberate. You only raise the megaphone once.
The manifesto, the cinematic, and Davara's living brief. In their own words: "The Mindset is the Model — the business model is the adoption of the mindset itself."
The stream of everyone's current move. Back the ones you believe with VOTUS and MOTUS — seven of each, every day. Earned signals become public reputation.
Spend one and the bank doesn't refill — because backing something is supposed to cost you. Unused signals roll over, capped at 49: a week of conviction, never a whale's hoard.
"Scarcity turns a 'like' back into conviction. Conviction, made public, becomes trust." That is the same sentence as this whole page, said by a platform instead of a mentor — and it is why $TRUST and a MotusMove are the same idea wearing different clothes.
Seven of each, every day. Spent, they're gone until tomorrow — which is exactly what makes backing somebody mean something.
The hardest problems of this age — climate, inequality, loneliness, extraction — are not bugs. They are systems problems.
And the rarest, most world-changing skill on Earth is the ability to see structure and find the lever.
That skill has been locked behind institutions, jargon and price tags for too long. We exist to unlock it for everyone.
So we ration conviction instead of inflating engagement. Seven signals a day. Scarcity is the leverage point.
We build in the open, every number public — because a system that can see itself can change itself.
Access over gatekeeping. Capacity over dependence. We rise by lifting — and we teach the lifting itself.
And the second mind that comes with it is open-sourced, not sold: "If you leave more capable, it worked. If you leave more dependent, it failed." The whole platform is hand-written HTML, CSS and vanilla JS over thin serverless functions — two dependencies, no build step. You can read every file. That isn't laziness; simplicity is the highest-leverage move there is.

Who's teaching
I've believed one thing since I first ran a workshop out of high school: people learn best when they lead, when they build, and when they build together. Everything here is the evolution of that. It's my life's practice, and my soul's work. I'd be honored to practice it with you.
